    人生何处不TAPA


        民以食为天,作为一个广东人,评价任何一个旅游胜地,食物的素质必然是重点考虑项目。西班牙,其美食排名在欧洲仿佛仅次于法国,和以面食为主的意大利比起来,小点小心的TAPA更得我心。这是最不需要心情沉淀的一篇关于西班牙的美食记,写在一个饥饿的周五的傍晚。
       
        关于TAPA
       
        西班牙以小吃TAPA著称,TAPA馆几乎和我们的肠粉小食店一样,从早开到晚,由于西班牙人变态的吃饭时间(午饭两点,晚饭八点),在逛街的间隙,到TAPA馆里喝上一杯饮料,吃上两盘小菜,最适合我们这种胃很小的女生。
      
       
        
        这家开在BARCELONA的巴特洛公寓斜对面TAPA TAPA,直接点说,LOEWE的对面,以种类齐全和精致著称,但其实价格不便宜,做游客生意的,每份TAPA都要4欧左右,但菜单上头图片和编号,点餐很方便。最后一天才来这里吃了三小盘。
        店里的西班牙火腿,华丽丽地一大排。黑毛猪腿熏出来的是上品,其实是生的,但口感很好,韧而有嚼头,没有金华火腿那么闲,可以空口吃,上品配哈密瓜,一般的配面包。吃过一次之后就上瘾了,几乎每餐必点。
       
       
       
        三种肉的组合:其实都是汉堡包里的肉饼,但显然比M记少放了很多调味料,我只吃了一口芥末味的,还行。
       
       
       
        虾串:BARCELONA以海鲜出名,到哪都有虾吃,但其实比我想象中的不新鲜,只是味道调理的可以。
       
        酥炸小章鱼:小章鱼很嫩,炸完之后油沥得很干净,所以好吃。说句题外话,话说西班牙炸的海鲜比日本天妇罗还好吃,难道是用橄榄油炸的原因?

    我在类似银记或其他粥粉面店环境的小酒馆吃的tapa都是一碟碟橄榄油漫过了食物主体的tapa。
